Our Learners progress to a wide range of post-16 destinations, including supported college programmes, mainstream further education, vocational training and apprenticeships.

With a strong focus on practical skills and personal development, we prepare students for meaningful next steps in education and employment. Many of our learners successfully achieve City & Guilds welding qualifications, enabling them to access specialist trade courses, pre-apprenticeship pathways and industry-linked training opportunities.

We work closely with each of our learners, their family and external partners to ensure a positive, personalised transition beyond school, supporting our learners to continue developing their skills, confidence and independence.
